Coffee from Costa Rica is one of our favorites because of the consistantly high quality and delicious flavor profiles, and this is one of the best we’ve ever had. Delicious and well balanced, a super enjoyable cup of coffee that has berry acidity, a soft body and a sweet finish. Shaamya says it has a “heavenly” quality to it. This is a cup that will seem to change flavors as it moves across your palate, and will taste different as the cup cools, and even from day to day as the coffee ages.
