A limited production blend to celebrate the season, we will be roasting this through the month of December. We combine a delightful peaberry from Papua New Guinea’s Nebilyer Valley region with coffee from La Pastora Cooperative located at the highest point in Costa Rica’s famous Tarrazú region.
The Papua New Guinea has cupping notes of plum and dark chocolate. The Costa Rica has cupping notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and orange. Combined together they have a lively and sweet acidity with notes of black cherry, walnut, and tangerine. This is a delicious and engaging coffee that you won’t want to miss.
