Brazil Legender Natural - Medium Roast
I bring this coffee further along the roasting process, caramelizing some of the sugars and increasing the heaviness of the body, resulting in a cup that has less vibrant acidity and a more rich mouth feel. When you want something a little heavier than most medium roasts, but without the oils and bitterness of darker roasts, this is a great option.

All lots are purchased directly from growers committed to quality and willing to provide detailed information about their sitios, harvesting methods, drying techniques and other relevant information about their coffee.
